The Master of Economics provides an advanced understanding of economics and its application to government and business decision-making. The course has a strong emphasis on developing analytical skills and offers professional competence in aspects of commerce required for careers in the corporate sector and government. You will develop a solid grounding in economic development, competition policy, economic policy, project evaluation, pricing and risk and regulation.

Structure

The course is structured in three parts. Part A. Advanced preparatory, Part B. Mastery knowledge and Part C. Application studies.

An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), with a preferred Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65 or an equivalent GPA.
