Structure
The Master of Leadership and Management in Education is an AQF Level 9 Masters Coursework qualification. To qualify for the Master of Leadership and Management in Education students must successfully complete 80 units of study consisting of a combination of 40 units of core courses, and 40 units of selected courses from the directed list.Students must only complete courses that form part of the program and must not complete more than 80 units.

Standard entry requirements
- The Master of Leadership and Management in Education is an 80-unit postgraduate qualification, with admission available for applicants who have at least two years’ work experience and one of the following qualifications or equivalent:Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma
- Or Bachelor Honours Degree
- Or Bachelor Degree
- Or Diploma or Advanced Diploma plus five years' demonstrable relevant work experience.Relevant fields and applicable work experience includes education, teaching, training, education manager, or equivalent.Work experience can be demonstrated through: certified copies of all relevant qualifications, a detailed CV, and a statement of service or signed letters from employers confirming your role, duties and period of employment.
