To qualify for the award a candidate must pass units to the value of 96 credit points including a minimum of 48 credit points at 500-level.

Standard entry requirements
You have completed a Bachelor of Laws (AQF Level 7) or Juris Doctor (AQF Level 9) or overseas equivalents.
Students may be eligible for credit (advanced standing) for previously completed studies.
