The Honours course in Psychology extends what you learned in the undergraduate degree about how and why people think, feel, and act the way they do. The course will develop your understanding of the complexities of human behaviour, and the professional, ethical, and social contexts of the science and practice of psychology. As part of this course you will also conduct an independent research project that will be written as a thesis and may lead to publication. This course is fully accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council. On graduation you will be eligible for provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, which means you can then apply for entry into the Master of Clinical Psychology course.
