The course of Master of Automotive Engineering (Motorsport and E-Racing) is designed to educate the next generation of professional engineers in the automotive area with specific focus on motorsport and E-racing. This postgraduate course offers a strong curriculum to ensure students will gain advanced managerial, technical, and professional skills to meet requirements of the Australian motorsport industry and contemporary employers. The graduates will be able to apply a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in a variety of aspects including aerodynamics, materials, structural analysis, vehicle systems, computational modelling and simulation, and data analysis to simulate, design, develop, and build motorsport prototypes. Graduates will be also able to develop practical solutions to real-world motorsports and automotive challenges and problems in collaboration with the automotive and motorsport engineering industry experts.

- Successful completion of an equivalent Australian bachelor’s degree (AQF7) or bachelor’s degree with honours (AQF8), with GPA of no less than 4.5 on a 7-point scale in a cognate discipline
- Successful completion of Graduate Diploma of Automotive Engineering (Motorsport and E-Racing).
