This course is designed for aspiring and practising leaders across educational settings. The range of unit offerings will enhance your capacity to act critically, creatively, and innovatively to address the challenges posed in an increasingly complex, diverse, and technologically rich world. You will gain an understanding of how leadership interacts with and responds to the dynamics of policy, politics, and power in differing contexts and how this shapes education and learning. Standard entry requirements

  • Entry level 1:
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any field with at least a credit (60%) average.
  • Entry level 2:
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any field with at least a credit (60%) average and a minimum of two years relevant professional experience. or
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a related field including but not limited to leadership, management or human resources with at least a credit (60%) average. or
  • An Australian bachelor (honours) degree or graduate certificate or graduate diploma (or equivalent) in any field with at least a credit (60%) average.
  • Entry level 3:
  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a related field including but not limited to leadership, management or human resources with at least a credit (60%) average and a minimum of two years relevant professional experience or
  • An Australian bachelor (honours) degree or graduate certificate or graduate diploma (or equivalent) in any field with at least a credit (60%) average and a minimum of two years relevant professional experience. or
  • An Australian bachelor (honours) degree or graduate certificate or graduate diploma (or equivalent) in a related field including but not limited to leadership, management or human resources with at least a credit (60%) average.
