A Monash College Diploma of Science provides a pathway into the second year of a Monash University Science degree. Select subjects depending on your career goals and study subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Data Management and Psychology. These subjects will give you a head start for your science degree.

Structure

  • Part 2 consists of two trimesters over eight months. You will complete six units from science and two from education. You will also complete 10 days of work placement as part of the course.
  • Classes will help you develop your critical thinking skills and university research techniques. These skills will prepare you for success at Monash University.

Standard entry requirements

  • Domestic: Equivalent to Australian Year 12 (part 2).
  • International: Australian Year 12 (part 2). Prerequisites.
