Our Master of Biotechnology Management helps you build a unique skillset for the future by combining biotechnology and business management expertise. In your first year, you'll learn the fundamentals of management and marketing, exploring real-life examples in a diverse range of organisational contexts. From there, you'll explore the area of bio-business management and discover how to produce and market a virtual product. You'll be taught by leading industry experts as you examine areas such as molecular modelling software, proteomics and genomics. Gain theoretical knowledge in a range of advanced scientific technologies, including CRISPR-mediated gene editing, next generation sequencing and mass spectrometry.

To qualify for the award of Master of Biotechnology Management, students must complete 240 credit points consisting of: 240 core credit points

Standard entry requirements
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Applicants must have an Australian Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Specialisation - compulsory: Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology or Pharmacy.
- Postgraduate: Prerequisites - Course specific requirements - WAM - Weighted Average Mark (WAM) 70%
- International: IELTS - 6.5 < 6.0 (PG minimum) - 6.5 IELTS (Academic) with no individual band less than 6.0.
