Our Graduate Certificate of Epidemiology Intelligence equips you with a strong understanding of epidemiology to inform public health decision-making, policy and practice. You will be immersed in the study of surveillance, investigation, prevention and control of public health events, and will learn about outbreak detection and response including contact tracing, as well as public health preparedness.

Structure

4 core units (these are compulsory). All core units will be offered at Burwood campus and online (Cloud). HSH744 Epidemiology 1 HSH746 Biostatistics 1 HSH754 Epidemiology 2HSH747 Biostatistics 2 All commencing Faculty of Health undergraduate and postgraduate course work students are required to complete HAI010 Academic Integrity in their first trimester of study (0 credit point compulsory unit).
