Graduate Certificates prepare students to develop advanced knowledge and skills for professional or highly skilled work and further learning corresponding to AQF level 8 qualifications.This course introduces existing and emerging environment and climate-related issues, including urbanisation, transportation, water and energy use, food, circular economy and waste management. It is designed to complement existing knowledge gained from an undergraduate qualification in any recognised area, including business, engineering, humanities, education, natural sciences, social sciences and health sciences. The course also combines a general qualification with more specific educational opportunities, enabling students to learn in a way that best suits the current needs and priorities to tackle the global climate emergency.
