Study Engineering and Technology in Australia

Engineering and technology is a well-established field in Australia. In the VET sector, engineering courses prepare students for paraprofessional roles, such as an engineering associate or engineering tradesperson, while technology specialisations are on offer in automotive technology, food processing, electronics, transport and clothing production. Students studying in the higher education sector can choose from a wide variety of specialisations, from aerospace, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering to product design, aviation, motorsports and maritime operations. Certain regions also offer their own unique specialisations - Western Australia for mining and minerals or Tasmania for naval architecture, for example.
