- Applicants must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or higher in music, creative arts, education, allied health, counselling or psychology
- Must submit a 3-page PDF document that includes: a 500-word personal statement explaining the reasons they are seeking entry to the program and why they want to become a music therapist
- Approximately 300-words providing information on their relevant music and other related experiences/training/qualifications (use dot points where needed)
- And three video links of performances
