This program is an excellent pathway to the Master of Taxation for those who did not meet its entry requirements. It is also suitable for taxation specialists and practitioners wanting to gain addition tax knowledge and advanced professional skills with a short program.

Standard entry requirements
- Category A: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in taxation, law, accounting or business, as determined by the UNSW Business School
- OR Category B: A recognised bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline plus a minimum of 2 years full-time relevant work experience, as determined by the UNSW Business School.
Upon completion of the Graduate Certificate in Taxation, students achieving a credit average (65% or higher) may articulate into the Master of Taxation. Courses successfully completed will be transferable to the Master of Taxation.
