Structure

All students must complete a total of 48 credit points made up of eight subjects, comprising four core subjects (24 credit points), three specialist subjects (18 credit points) and one elective subject (6 credit points). The course duration is one year of full-time or two years of part-time study.

Standard entry requirements

To be eligible for admission to this course, applicants must meet the following criteria. Applicants must have the following: Completed Australian bachelors degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included) International applicants with a completed bachelor

Recognition

Students completing this degree are eligible to apply to the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) for the Professional Member (MAHRI) status and/or advancement to a higher level of membership for those who have appropriate work experience.

Study pathways

Students may be granted a maximum of five subject exemptions, of which two core subjects can be approved from prior undergraduate study.
