The Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness is designed for recent business, agricultural or rural science graduates, and for established professionals wanting to upgrade their management skills. During your 1 year of full-time studies, you'll select from 20 courses providing you with a high level of specialised knowledge of agribusiness management together with business and communication skills associated with your selected areas of study. Graduates from our agribusiness program gain a market-oriented focus, commercial awareness, an innovative and heightened global outlook, and the required technical skills to work in agribusiness management roles. You’ll be prepared to find work in the food and fibre industries in managerial, administrative or research roles.

Structure

Complete 16 units comprising: 6 units for GDipAgribus Foundational Courses, and 0 to 8 units for 0 to 1 Field of Study from GDipAgribus Field of Study, and 2 to 10 units from GDipAgribus Program Elective Courses. Selected courses must include at most 4 units at level 3.

Standard entry requirements

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, or to have completed post-secondary studies and/or have 2 years full-time equivalent, relevant work experience (see below). Applications based on post-secondary study and/or work experience will be assessed individually.
