The Master of Business Psychology is for graduates seeking to advance their leadership and management skills using insights from psychological science. Our Program is designed to meet the needs of graduates from a wide range of backgrounds (not limited to psychology qualifications). This program will: - Enhance understanding of human psychology across workplace contexts - Provide novel, evidence-based leadership skills and insights backed by psychological science - Help understand and build engaged professional relationships - Enable effective organisational change design and implementation - Promote creation of diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces. You will develop an advanced understanding of human psychology and behaviour. You will learn how this can be applied to develop and sustain high quality workplace relationships. You will learn specialised skills in applied psychology and organisational behaviour in the workplace, such as psychological assessment and interviewing. You will gain novel insights from the psychology of groups and teams to help transform organisations to make them more inclusive, innovative and resilient. A Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology is also available to study and can be used as a pathway into the Masters program.

Program requirements and the volume of learning are dependent on the student's prior academic qualifications. Standard entry requirements

Students with a three year Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in a different discipline area (also called non-cognate discipline) to psychology are eligible to undertake the 160 unit program which can be completed in 2 years full time or 4 years part time.Students with a three year Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in a psychology discipline (or cognate discipline) are eligible to undertake a 120 unit program which can be completed in 1.5 years full time or 3 years part time.Students with a four year Bachelor (Honours) degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma (AQF Level 8) in a non-cognate discipline are eligible to undertake a 120 unit program which can be completed in 1.5 years full time or 3 years part time.Students with a four year Bachelor (Honours) degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma (AQF Level 8) in a psychology discipline (cognate discipline) are eligible to undertake the 80 unit program which can be completed in 1 year full time or 2 years part time.
