The Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology is for graduates from a variety of disciplines seeking to advance their leadership and management skills using key and emerging insights from psychological science.This program will:- Enhance understanding of performance and wellbeing across workplace contexts- Provide key business leadership skills for the modern workplace- Help understand and build effective professional relationships- Enable effective organisational change management and leadership- Promote creation of humane, inclusive and equitable workplaces.You will develop an advanced understanding of human psychology and behaviour.   • Admission is open to applicants meeting one of the following criteria:3 year bachelors Degree in a related field (i.e. cognate), or higher 3 year bachelors Degree not in a related field (i.e. non-cognate)
  • Or3 year Diploma in a related (i.e. cognate) field such as psychology, or social sciences, or3 year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organisational experience
  • Or2 year Diploma in a related field such as psychology, or social sciences, + 2 years relevant organisational experience
  • Or2 year Diploma not in the discipline + 3 years relevant organisational experience
  • OrAt least 5 years organisational experience.
