A Bachelor of Business builds your understanding of core business and operational strategies across a range of industries. At Torrens University, you will develop practical skills to create strategic plans for real-world business settings, with the flexibility to explore your interests through a wide range of electives and gain hands-on experience through work-integrated learning. During this course, you will choose electives to focus on areas such as Finance, Sales, Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Brand Management or HR. Structure
Delivered both on campus and online, the Bachelor of Business comprises of 15 core and 9 electives, each subject required 10 hours of study per week (made up of classes and self-directed study). Assessments may include activity-based assignments or online quizzes, there are no formal exams.
Standard entry requirements
Australian secondary school certificate, or equivalent OR Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above OR Successful completion of at least 0.25 EFTSL at AQF level 6, 0.5 EFTSL at AQF level 5 or above, or equivalent OR Work-life experience demonstrating the ability to undertake study at the required level which may include approval of prior study or successful completion of a readiness assessment.
