This degree comprises 11 core subjects and 5 electives.You will have the opportunity to choose an elective in management, information systems, logistics or computer science to match your career goals.The Business Information Technology Project subject is designed to give you the opportunity to analyse, design, and develop a business information systems solution for an industry client as part of a project team.You will also get to explore a complex problem, and test and evaluate potential solutions with industry and community stakeholders in the subject Business Research Design.

Standard entry requirements
2 yearduration An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution. 1.5 yearduration An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, in a business or related discipline from a recognised tertiary* OR An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, from a recognised tertiary institution in any discipline plus a minimum of two years relevant work OR The RMIT Graduate Certificate in Business Information Technology^. ^Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate you will have the opportunity to progress to theMasterdegree.

Study pathways
This is an articulated program leading from graduate certificate to graduate diploma to master. Students can exit at these levels subject to successfully completing relevant subjects. Advanced standing applicants can complete the program in 1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time.
