The Graduate Certificate of International Relations is designed for those looking to better understand the diverse and dynamic world of global politics and answer big questions about global justice, war, peace, social movements and inter-state relations. As future global leaders, 21st-century graduate students need to be equipped with a critical understanding of intercultural competence, as well as the skills and attitudes required in order to apply this understanding. This degree builds essential skills in global leadership, intercultural communication and facilitating positive change in a context characterised by significant levels of global complexity and connectivity. An Australian bachelor degree with at least 50% average (or equivalent), or a minimum of three years work experience in a relevant field*.
