The Doctor of Physiotherapy provides you with the knowledge, skills and clinical experience to start your career as a physiotherapist. Based at our Peninsula campus, you will become part of a growing specialist precinct for allied health and primary care education and research.

Structure

In this course, you will develop the relevant knowledge, practical and analytical skills required for physiotherapy practice, as well as extend your undergraduate skills of communication, ethical and reflective practice, collaboration, research and leadership. This graduate entry course consists of thirteen units delivered over three years.

  • An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study with at least 70% distinction average.
  • Completion of undergraduate degree within last 10 years
  • Relevant area of study must include human anatomy AND human physiology AND biostatistics.
