Standard entry requirements

  • Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 English prerequisite (25) - Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
  • Recent secondary education - VTAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Other - Units 1 and 2: satisfactory completion in one of Maths: General Mathematics, Maths: Mathematical Methods or Maths: Specialist Mathematics or Units 3 and 4: any Mathematics
  • Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Other - Any 2 units of Mathematics.
  • Recent secondary education - UAC prerequisite: Year 12 subject prerequisite - Other - One of English Standard, English Advanced (Band 3), English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 4).
  • Non Year 12 - Vocational Education & Training: VET prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
  • Non Year 12 - Higher Education study: HE prerequisites - Course specific requirements - Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
  • International: IELTS - Course specific - IELTS (Academic) score of 7.5 with no individual band score less than 7.0.
