This program provides graduates with management expertise that is built on a core set of practical skills. It is developed in conjunction with the world-renowned Cesar Ritz colleges in Switzerland. Alongside business and management subjects, students will study specialised hospitality subjects that include: Introduction to Hospitality, Hospitality Food and Beverage Operations, Rooms Division Management, Globalisation in the Hospitality Industry, Hotel Management Simulation, and Bar and Beverage Management.

Structure

3 year qualification with 3 trimesters per year including up to 9 months of industry training (typically taken in trimesters 4 and 5). Students are required to complete a certain number of electives relating to their major but also have the opportunity to take subjects from other specialist areas.
