The Bachelor of Inclusive and Specialised Education (Primary) is an initial teacher education course that prepares students to combine in‐depth study of the general primary curriculum with studies in inclusive and specialised education. The course aims to support students to becoming effective inclusive teachers of students in the primary years, with specialised knowledge in working with students with disabilities, learning or behavioural difficulties. There is a specific focus on working with children with disabilities and diverse learning needs in Primary School settings (Reception to Year 6).

Standard entry requirements

This course can be applied for using Year 12, TAFE qualifications, the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT), the Flinders Foundation Studies Program and Tertiary Transfer.
