This course is unique to ECU. It blends three different but related disciplines - marketing, advertising and public relations to give you a suite of skills to work in any creative industry. Youll hone your marketing skills with strategic business management knowledge, and gain employability skills, including critical thinking, teamwork, communication and problem-solving. You may also get the opportunity to do a work placement in your area of interest, giving you advanced access to industry contacts, and a practical insight into future jobs. Youll work with industry contacts, using the latest software to gain the skills you need to attract new customers, retain existing customers and enhance the relationship with the product, brand, or organization. Youll also gain practical experience in both traditional and digital media and create portfolios that showcase your learnings and talents.
