The Australian Institute of Higher Education (AIH) Graduate Certificate of Project Management is embedded in the Graduate Diploma and Master of Project Management and has been designed as both an exit qualification and a pathway to further study in the Master level qualification. The overall aim of the Graduate Certificate of Project Management course is to provide a flexible, student-centred and academically rigorous course of study, which seeks to develop students advanced project management principles and standards for further study at the postgraduate level. This course seeks to provide students with a postgraduate level of knowledge, competencies, and values necessary for a fulfilling career in various areas of business administration with fundamental principles of project management knowledge and the skills in utilising the tools and techniques for efficiently managing projects. For this reason, students are required to undertake one core business unit and three specialised project management units, including people, culture, and agile leadership; project management principles; organisational context and roles in project management; and project management tools and techniques.

  • A completed Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or higher in any discipline from an Australian university or college or international equivalent.
  • A recognised Diploma or equivalent and two years
