This bursary is intended to assist the successful recipients to meet the costs of participating in tertiary education.
Eligibility
Be a New Zealand citizen or be of Pacific Island descent (Pasifika) and not be an Australian citizen. Be commencing or continuing an associate degree or a bachelor's degree at USQ. Commencing students - have a minimum of a sound level of academic achievement (from outside USQ, e.g. school, TAFE); Continuing students - have a current USQ Grade Point Average of at least 4.0; Be enrolled in a minimum of 3 undergraduate-level study units in the semester the bursary is awarded, unless exceptional circumstances prevent studying a minimum of 3 study units. Be taking at least one USQ study unit (for students undertaking cross-institutional studies). Not be a sponsored student, or in receipt of another award. Be studying on-campus, external or online.
