D.C. Cruickshank Family Scholarship

The University of Western Australia (UWA)

Mrs Shirley Cruickshank has donated an initial sum of $21,000 to The University of Western Australia (the University) to establish a fund to provide a scholarship for a meritorious young Indigenous woman who is experiencing financial hardship, to encourage her to pursue a full-time undergraduate degree course at the University.

Eligibility

be female; be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; be a resident in Western Australia; demonstrate financial hardship; be a commencing student and; not have reached the age of 21 by 1 March of the year prior to that for which application for entry to the University is made.
