Amy Beatrice Hodgson (Memorial Scholarship)

Amy Beatrice Hodgson donated a sum of money to establish a bursary fund to promote research into the education of children in country areas. Mrs Hodgson had a life-long association with education. She was a teacher in country areas for many years and also worked at the Correspondence School coordinating courses for students in remote country areas. Unable to attend university herself, she wished in some way to assist university students with their study.

Eligibility

Be a domestic student; Have applied for, or have accepted, a place in the Master of Teaching (31250) or Master of Teaching Secondary (32550); Be eligible to enrol: In the first 48 points of their course; In EDUC5500 Professional Practice B.

Amount $2,500

The scholarship value is $2500.
