The Friends of the ANU Classics Museum Honours Grant in Classical Studies

Each year, the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics within the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences may offer an award known as The Friends of the ANU Classics Museum Honours Grant in Classical Studies. The objective of the Award is to support Honours students in Classical Studies whose thesis research will include the study of objects in the collection of the ANU Classics Museum. Funding for this Award has been provided by The Friends of the ANU Classics Museum, established in 1985 to promote the interests of the Museum and to encourage interest in Ancient Greece and Rome in the wider community.

Eligibility

The Award is available each year to a commencing or continuing ANU student who: ; is a domestic or international student; receives an offer of admission to an Honours program in the field of Classical Studies at the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences; will study objects in the collection of the ANU Classics Museum as part of their thesis research.
