Taiwan Australian National University Scholarship

The Australian National University (ANU)

ANU has signed an agreement with the Taiwanese Ministry of Education (MOE) to launch the Taiwan Australian National University Scholarship. The scholarship program provides tuition fees and stipends for up to 25 Taiwanese students to undertake PhD studies at ANU over the course of the 5 year agreement. The scholarships will be jointly funded by ANU and MOE.

Eligibility

The scholarship is open to Taiwanese nationals who have been admitted into a PhD at the Australian National University. Applicants should normally resident in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Ma Tsu, although those currently residing outside Taiwan are not excluded.

Amount $27,082

The scholarship provides a stipend at the RTP rate ($27082 per year) and covers tuition fees. Tenure is for 3 years with a possible 12 month extension.
