The Pio and Marisa Iovenitti Memorial Scholarship honours Associate Professor Pio Iovenitti's contribution to Swinburne for over 30 years and his wife Marisa’s support. Pio was a respected leader, mentor and scholar within the School of Engineering, admired for his dedication and humility. This scholarship supports a postgraduate student in their final year of a Master of Engineering Science degree in any specialisation, continuing Pio’s legacy of excellence and commitment to education.
