Eligibility
In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:; be a citizen of Vietnam; have an offer for a PhD program at RMIT; be nominated to receive the Vietnam government scholarship (Project 89); commence full-time enrolment as an onshore international student at RMIT in Melbourne
