Monash Graduate Scholarships (MGS) are offered for full-time research at postgraduate level.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents, or international students; and hold, or expect to hold, a bachelor degree with first-class honours (or an equivalent qualification), from an Australian or overseas tertiary institution. Those who are intending to undertake or are currently enrolled in a research master degree, PhD or research professional doctorate are eligible to apply.

Amount $27,353

Tenure is 3 years for a PhD and 2 years for a master by research, with a possible a 6-month extension for PhD students.
