This scholarship supports international students who have mandatory placement units but are not doing Co-op courses. Students receive $10,000 (undergraduate) or $5,000 (postgraduate) in instalments to support them while completing their placement.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, students must: be a commencing international student, be enrolled in an eligible coursework course that requires mandatory placements, enrol in mandatory placement units, be eligible to study in Australia with a valid visa, and meet the additional terms and conditions set out on the scholarship webpage.
Further details
Students enrolled in a Co-operative education course are not eligible for this scholarship. Co-op students will complete internships and placements that count towards their course and be paid by their employer.
