This Curtin top up scholarship supports high-achieving Vietnamese candidates to undertake a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Curtin University, Perth Western Australia.

To be eligible to apply you must:; Be a citizen or permanent resident of Vietnam at the time of your application; Meet Curtin's PhD eligibility requirements.; Meet Curtin's English language proficiency requirements

$25,000
Curtin will provide the below benefits:; Top up living stipend up to the current Curtin PhD stipend rate to support students whilst studying in Australia (Curtin stipend rate is AUD $37,500 per annum in 2025. Curtin PhD Stipends are for 3 years maximum. Students demonstrating satisfactory progress may be eligible to apply for the 3 month completion scholarship).; Tuition fee offset scholarship to support any shortfall between the Project 89 tuition funding contribution of USD $25,000 per annum for 4 years.
