Established by public appeal in 2006, in honour of Archbishop Francis Carroll's contribution to the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn, on the occasion of his retirement as Archbishop.
Eligibility
This scholarship is open to applicants who meet all of the following criteria:; Course: Semester 1, 2027 enrolment in any ACU degree; Campus: Canberra; Students who have relocated from an address that is:; classified as regional, rural or remote area (as per the ASGS Remoteness Areas (2021) and; within one of these two areas: Archdiocese of Canberra/Goulburn or the Diocese of Wagga Wagga.; Contribution and/or leadership in community service.
