We are the only law school in New South Wales that requires you to complete a legal internship, providing highly valued industry experience.We are committed to social justice and providing a legal education that engages with the complexities of law's intersection with society.Today’s business environment is dynamic and complex. The Bachelor of Business degree provides core skills across all business functions, as well as specialist knowledge in a chosen field. Throughout this degree you will have the opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience and make professional connections, including the opportunity to participate in the Business Internship program.

Structure

The Bachelor of Business - Bachelor of Laws requires successful completion of at least 240 credit points as specified below.A student is considered part-time when they are enrolled in less than 75% of the standard load for a session. If you are seeking to complete your undergraduate law degree part-time, you are required to complete a minimum of 12 credit points (2 subjects) per session. Please contact the School of Law for part time recommended study sequence.Notes:Where any elective subjects have the prefix LAW, the equivalent Bachelor of Laws (LLB) subjects must be substituted.Students are not required to take OPS 113, ACCY122, ECON102, or MGNT102 from the Bachelor of Business core, unless they are studying particular majors. See the Bachelor of Business handbook page for more information.Students cannot complete the business law major in this double degree.Students interested in studying this degree part-time should consult with the Law Head of Students by contacting askuow@uow.edu.au,Students commencing in Spring will undertake their first session in the Bachelor of Business, before completing their first year of Law in their second year of enrolment.Students can complete LLB3396 Legal Internship Program once the pre-requisite requirements are satisfied. Students should refer to the School of Law for further information on opportunities.

Applicants need to have achieved the required score in a qualification equivalent to the completion of 13 years of schooling in Australia.
