Standard entry requirements

To qualify for admission to honours students need to have completed a major in the intended subject area with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70% or above. Some departments have additional criteria, including advanced senior units of study designed to prepare students for the challenges of fourth year study. Applicants may also need to satisfy other criteria set by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Admission is competitive, meeting this criteria is not a guarantee of entry
