This program offers a great variety of areas to specialise in. Students even have the opportunity to specialise in 2 or 3 majors. These areas include Journalism, Legal Studies, Public Relations, Communication and Media Studies, English Literature, History, International Relations, Australian Studies, Anthropology, Indigenous Studies, Asian Studies, German and Mandarin Chinese. Graduates will gain the skills to be great problem solvers including communication, welfare, politics, international relations, language and writing skills. Graduates of a Bachelor of Arts have many career opportunities to pursue, including positions in governments, large and small businesses across public and private ran companies. Careers may include Journalist, media liaison, writer, communications officer, language teacher, welfare officer, community development officer, or teaching (with further study).

Toowoomba
USQ Toowoomba is the main campus. Offering television studios, a performing arts theatre, science and engineering laboratories and 24-hour access computer laboratories, USQ Toowoomba provides you with the professional experience and facilities your study deserves. USQ Toowoomba campus offers you the benefits of a city environment within a relaxed country atmosphere. Brisbane is approximately 90 minutes’ drive from Toowoomba.  If you are unsure about accommodation, USQ offers you the chance to experience living at the USQ Residential Colleges.

Springfield
With a state-of-the art television studio, a radio station and rehearsal spaces, as well as collaborative teaching rooms, USQ Springfield is a hub for digital production and performance. The Springfield campus also has brand new laboratories for science and engineering which give you opportunities to gain great hands-on experience during your study. Springfield is located just 35 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane.

Ipswich
USQ Ipswich offers facilities for the best experience while studying our Health and Community degrees. Study nursing, sport and exercise science, or psychology whilst experiencing Ipswich’s luxury grand vistas across the city, as well as the graceful mix of historical and modern buildings making up the campus. USQ Ipswich’s library contains one of the most stunning features, a living rainforest. USQ Ipswich is only 55 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane and is easily accessible via public transport.
