The Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice is specifically designed for graduate pharmacists who are interested in gaining specialised training and skills in selected areas of pharmacy practice. It is offered online with an on-campus workshop and part-time study options are available. Students benefit from a dedicated team of student mentors, online study support and access to digital resources, such as the latest editions of Australian Medicines Handbook (AMH), Therapeutic Guidelines (eTG), Stockley's Drug Interactions, and Herbal Medicines.

Standard entry requirements
- Pre-Registration (Intern) Pathway
- Completed bachelor of pharmacy degree or graduate entry level master of pharmacy from a university that has provisional or full Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) accreditation in Australia and New Zealand, and obtained, or applied for, provisional registration through AHPRA (enrolment into the program will be finalised when provisional registration is achieved). - Applicants are required to be a Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA.
Further information
Students may be required to complete the UniSA Pharmacy Intern Training Program, which is a requirement for all graduating pharmacists who want to become registered practicing pharmacists. Registered pharmacists may complete the four courses assigned to the Registered Pharmacist Pathway. Students that are not yet registered must complete the Pre-registration Pathway.
