Structure
- The Bachelor of Information Technology requires students to pass courses totalling 240 units, as follows: 140 units of Core courses
- One major comprised of 60 units
- 40 units of Electives or an Elective Pathway of your choice.

Standard entry requirements
Eligibility for admission to this program is based on applicants meeting the minimum selection rank, or satisfying the requirements for an approved admission scheme.
Recognition
The Bachelor of Information Technology (Callaghan and Singapore) is accredited by the Australian Computer Society (ACS). This accreditation applies to the ICT Developer major. The ICT Business Analyst and ICT Security Specialist major are provisionally accredited by ACS for students who commence in 2026. Please note, while the Singapore offering is accredited by the ACS, accreditation by the Seoul Accord is not automatic for this offering.
