The Graduate Diploma in Applied Buddhist Studies at NTI is a one year full-time program that builds on the teachings in the NTI Graduate Certificate in Applied Buddhist Studies. It covers a range of graduate-level seminars covering a broad range of areas of the history, philosophy and contemporary aspects of Buddhism. It continues the study of Buddhist beliefs, history and culture and continues to lay the foundations for further study and experiential learning of Buddhism and to apply humanistic Buddhism to daily life. You will further develop your critical and analytical skills, see the connections between Buddhism and modern society, and apply Buddhist philosophy and experience to life and work in areas such as life education, palliative care and holistic health.
