To ensure depth of understanding, as well as providing a valuable opportunity to innovate within your particular field, you also have the option to develop your own research project within a clinical research or translational research specialization. The clinical research specialization will allow you to develop a detailed understanding of biostatistics, epidemiology, data management, clinical trials, clinical measurement, ethical practice, systematic reviews, meta analysis, and critical appraisal of the scientific literature for application in research and clinical practice.

Standard entry requirements
- Entry Level 1:
- An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60%.
- Entry Level 2:
- An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60% and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Entry Level 3:
- An Australian masters degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline or an Australian Master of Philosophy (or equivalent) or an Australian PhD or doctoral degree (or equivalent) plus a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
