Clinical pharmacy no longer happens only in hospitals. With the growth of patient-centred care, clinical pharmacy is being practiced in a wide variety of healthcare settings.You will have the option of completing the course through either:the coursework stream ORthe coursework and research stream.Start of expanded contentIn the coursework stream you’ll be able to select units to suit your interest and career aspirations. Structure
Students have the option of completing the course through either: the coursework stream OR the coursework and research stream. Standard entry requirements
Entry level 1: An Australian bachelor degree or equivalent in Pharmacy AND registration and employment as a pharmacist in country of residence.Entry level 2: An Australian bachelor honours degree or equivalent in Pharmacy AND registration and employment as a pharmacist in country of residence.International students located in Australia wishing to study this course must hold professional registration to practice and be employed as pharmacists in Australia, and have the appropriate visa to allow part-time study. All other international students are only able to study this course in their country of residence. Study pathways
Whilst all students will be enrolled in the Master of Clinical Pharmacy, students may exit the course early and apply to graduate with one of the following awards provided all the requirements are met: Graduate Certificate of Pharmacy Practice; Graduate Diploma of Pharmacy Practice.
