Structure
Students complete a four topics from selection of option topics. These topics aim to provide knowledge and practical skills in GIS and remote sensing applicable to a wide range of areas.
Standard entry requirements
Applicants who do not hold the Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Information Systems must normally hold a degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution. However, the Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature. The Graduate Diploma in Geospatial Information Systems is not available to graduates of the Bachelor of Geospatial Information Systems or of equivalent undergraduate courses from other tertiary institutions.
