Alex and Norma Matheson Research Travel Scholarship in Dentistry

The late Norma Matheson bequeathed funds to the UWA Dental School at The University of Western Australia (the University) in memory of her late husband Alex Matheson who initially studied dentistry at the University in the 1950s, before completing his dental studies in England where he pursued a successful career as a dental surgeon. The scholarship is provided to encourage and assist a student undertaking a Higher Degree Research (HDR) in the UWA Dental School to attend and present at nationally or internationally renowned conferences or similar events.
