The Joel Bradley Shaw Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship provides encouragement and financial assistance to support an international student enrolled in postgraduate studies in the field of Education. Professor Greg Shaw established this scholarship in honour of the memory and accomplishments of his son, Joel Shaw. Joel reflected attributes of determination, initiative, hard work, commitment, love, self-sacrifice, and caring for others. This scholarship is an opportunity to support an international student undertaking a postgraduate Education qualification who reflects these attributes and demonstrates a commitment to caring for others and their wellbeing.

Eligibility

Must be classified as an International student; Must currently hold a valid student visa; Must be enrolled in one of the following eligible courses; Must be enrolled full-time for the duration of the scholarship - i.e. enrolled in 30 credit points (HE) or 200 or more contact hours (TAFE) in each semester; Must be enrolled in the Master of Education or Master of Teaching course; Must be enrolled full-time for the duration of the scholarship - i.e. enrolled in a minimum of 30 credit points in the course
