APRA Singer-Songwriter Scholarship

The Conservatorium of Music and the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) have come together to provide these scholarships to attract the best and brightest singer/songwriters to study at undergraduate level at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music under some of Australia's most respected and successful songwriters. Students will: work with legendary songwriters; cultivate their own unique style and sound; be equipped in a broad range of contemporary popular styles; perform regularly at gigs and concerts with industry professionals; arrange, record and produce their original music; and get their product into the marketplace.
Eligibility: Applicants must: be an APRA members commencing an undergraduate degree in contemporary music at the University of Tasmania's Conservatorium of Music as a singer-songwriter.
