The scholarship commemorates Andrew Inglis Clark (1848-1907), Tasmanian federalist and 'the primary architect of our constitution'.
Eligibility: The scholarship is open to students undertaking an honours project on Australian legal, political and constitutional history, with preference given to a project relating to Andrew Inglis Clark and making use of the resources of the University of Tasmania Library's Special Collections. Selection is based on academic record in history and the quality of the application.
